Nayan Vagadaya had driven more than three hours to the Civil Hospital here after he heard that his uncle was one of the victims of the Air India plane crash, the country’s deadliest in almost three decades.

The Air India flight crashed in India's northwestern city of Ahmedabad shortly after departure. Authorities say 204 bodies have been recovered from the site and there is one confirmed survivor so far.
