The full lineup for the 75th Berlin Film Festival was announced Tuesday, and the list includes "Blue Moon" and "Dreams."

This year’s festival will mark the debut of new artistic director Tricia Tuttle, who previously helmed the BFI London Film Festival. As previously announced, the fest will open with Tom Tykwer’s “The Light,” the German director’s return to the big screen after seven years and four seasons working on the hit series “Babylon Berlin.”
