Julia Wandel, 23, also known as Julia Wandelt has been charged with four counts of stalking, reports the Mirror. Wandelt, from Lubin Poland, has been remanded in custody to appear at Leicestershire Magistrates’ Court today. A second woman, a 60-year-old from Wales also arrested on suspicion of stalking was released on bail.
