Los Angeles District Attorney Nathan Hochman joins "Banfield" to discuss the Menendez brothers being resentenced by a judge in their murder case. He says the judge is going "through the steps" because of a habeas petition filed by the brothers two years ago.

The judge’s order notes that lawyers for Lyle and Erik Menendez have two pieces of evidence they say could have changed the outcome of the trial.
