JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — The First Alert Weather Team says Tuesday and Wednesday are First Alert Weather Days. A rare Winter Storm Warning is in effect for all of southeast Georgia and inland northeast Florida. The warning means impacts from frozen precipitation are likely to impact travel.
