The Texas Winter Storm has arrived. On Thursday morning, we are already monitoring snow in north Texas as a Winter Storm Warning is in effect there until Friday midday. Today is a FOX 26 Storm Alert Day in southeast Texas.

From the Dallas-Fort Worth Airport to William P. Hobby Airport, Envoy Air had three canceled flights, SkyWest had two canceled flights and PSA Airlines had one canceled flight, according to FlightAware. Six Southwest flights from Dallas Love Field to Hobby were also canceled, according to FlightAware.

HOUSTON - The next Texas winter storm is almost here, and it's going to be ugly. Houston will avoid the worst of it. Wednesday will be cloudy, breezy and cold, so bundle up. Highs will be in the mid-40s. Thursday gets interesting. Ice and snow begin for north-central and North Texas.
