Jim Harbaugh won’t be returning to college football anytime soon after the NCAA came down with a punishment for the University of Michigan’s sign-stealing scandal. He’s barred from coaching at the college level for 14 years, not that he has any plans of leaving the Los Angeles Chargers in the near future.

After beating the LA Chargers on Saturday, the Rams posted "Sign-ing off" on social media as a troll to Jim Harbaugh and Michigan football.

Jim Harbaugh is refusing to comment on the NCAA's decision to fine the University of Michigan tens of millions of dollars and to suspend head coach Sherrone Moore for a third game due to the sign-stealing scandal that occurred during Harbaugh's tenure at his alma mater.
