Boxing legend Mike Tyson surprises fans with an unexpected gesture to Jake Paul after purchasing a $13M estate.

There are thousands who tuned into his Netflix bout against Jake Paul who had no idea Mike Tyson actually was a serious boxer many years ago.

Boxing legend Mike Tyson just plunked down some major coin for a massive home in the Delray Beach area, the Palm Beach Post first reported. The $13 million property is located on a 2.7 acre lot in the upscale Tierra del Rey Estates, according to a special warranty deed. The off market sale was finalized Jan. 8.

Lewis famously avenged two shock losses to beat every man he faced in the ring. Until very recently, he was the last undisputed heavyweight champion – that status was held for around 25 years before Oleksandr Usyk achieved it in 2024.
