Mumbai Police arrested an accused in the Saif Ali Khan stabbing case from Thane. He has been identified as a Bangladeshi National, Mohammad Shariful Islam Shehzad. Following his arrest, he was taken to the Bandra court,

Mumbai Police have arrested Vijay Das, the man accused of attacking Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan. The suspect, apprehended in Thane's Hiranandani area, confessed to entering Saif’s house with the intention of theft.

Xx was arrested by the Mumbai Police on xx January, in connection with the Saif Ali Khan knife attack. They’ve been booked under xyz charges. The police formed 20 teams to find the accused after Saif Ali Khan was attacked at home on 16 January.
