Leaders of three large school districts say they won't show a video in which state Superintendent Ryan Walters talks about a new office in his agency.

State Superintendent Ryan Walters emailed every Oklahoma superintendent, saying he's requiring all Oklahoma schools play a roughly 90 second video to all kids who are enrolled and send it to their parents.

Ryan Walters, who oversees public schools in Oklahoma, did not say how the new Office of Religious Liberty and Patriotism would be funded.
