An Airbnb customer who was initially denied the rebooking of her Airbnb reservation under a “major events” policy near the Palisades wildfires in Los Angeles has received a full refund.

Airbnb has declined customers asking for refunds after cancelling trips due to the forest fires across the Pacific Palisades.

An enraged traveler claims Airbnb is refusing to refund and rebook her after she attempted to cancel a vacation rental near the danger zone of the Los Angeles wildfires. The rental firm has addressed the ordeal in a comment to the Post.
