OKLAHOMA CITY -- After pitching only one inning in the biggest game in Texas Tech softball history, pitcher NiJaree Canady watched the remainder of the game from the dugout. Canady, who started every game of the Women's College World Series for the Red Raiders finally hit her wall.

The College Softball World Series comes down to one final game as Texas and Texas Tech meet in Game 3 of this year's finals.

Texas beat Texas Tech, 10-4, last night in a decisive third game of the championship series. It was the Longhorns’ first title. Nearly as big a highlight came in the semifinals, when Texas Tech ended Oklahoma’s four-year championship streak.
