THE CITY OF FOLSOM’S FAMOUS ICE RINK. IT’S NOW OPEN ALREADY. THE RINK OPEN AT 10:00 THIS MORNING, AND OUR CREWS WERE THERE. THEY SAW SOME OF THE VERY FIRST ICE SKATERS OUT THERE BRAVING THE ICE.
