A sixth correction officer has been arraigned on murder and manslaughter charges based on accusations he was involved in the deadly beating of an inmate at the Marcy Correctional Facility. Correction Officer Nicholas Kieffer turned himself in to police and was arraigned Monday morning before Oneida County Court Judge Robert Bauer.
