The Ottawa Senators announced pre-season games in Quebec City, but a Nordiques-Senators jersey and the vision of regular-season games in Quebec caused concerns the team later addressed.

It was supposed to be a relatively quiet start to the week for the Ottawa Senators, and they had certainly earned it. The Senators are in third place in the Atlantic Division and finally had a day off after playing 10 games in 16 days.

Ottawa Senators owner Michael Andlauer believes Quebec City should get an NHL team. It just won't be the one he owns."Quebec deserves, in my opinion, an NHL team, but that will not be on my file," Andlauer said,

The NHL's not interested in putting a team in Quebec City, but the Ottawa Senators will be the second team in two years to host multiple pre-season games there.
