Toronto's Kevin Gausman was ejected after a 53-pitch inning -- the most by an MLB pitcher in an inning since 2022 -- in which he had five walks vs. the Yankees.

The Toronto Blue Jays activated Daulton Varsho off the injured list, and the Gold Glove outfielder will make his season debut against the Boston Red Sox on Tuesday night. Varsho was activated hours before Tuesday's game.
