According to the Chatham County Jail, David Allsop was taken into police custody after authorities at the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport boarded Southwest Airlines flight No. 3772 on Wednesday.

The pilot, David Allsop, 52, was arrested at Savannah Hilton Head Airport Wednesday morning and has been removed from duty. The flight was delayed about five hours.
