NORTH CAROLINA, USA — The Federal Highway Administration announced $352.6 million in emergency funding Tuesday to repair roads and bridges damaged by Hurricane Helene in Tennessee and North Carolina.

COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS) - Crews with the Clarendon County Fire Rescue (CCFR) responded to a crash on I-95 North Friday morning. Fire officials said a semi-truck overturned, blocking the roadway. The crash occurred near mile marker 105, between Lake Marion and Summerton.
NCDOT officials said Freedom Drive near I-40 will be closed on Monday, Jan. 27, as part of a project to replace two bridges on I-40 over Beaverdam Road.
