The flavors of New Orleans have come to downtown Columbia. The Bistreaux on Assembly, a new restaurant with Creole and Cajun offerings, opened March 4 at 1301 Assembly St. That’s in the heart of downtown Columbia, near the intersection on Assembly and Lady streets.
