Cross-town rivals clash on neutral ground as the Los Angeles Lakers battle the LA Clippers in tonight’s NBA Summer League slate.

The Clippers (2-0) were led by Patrick Baldwin Jr., who tallied 22 points, 13 rebounds and three steals. Cam Christie compiled 21 points, three rebounds and three assists. Jordan Miller had 21 points and three assists, while Trentyn Flowers led the bench with 15 points, four rebounds and two steals.

As the second day of the NBA Summer League mini-camp unfolded this Friday, the Houston Rockets and LA Clippers went one on one, giving both team's an opportunity to get a look at the rosters they put together for Vegas.

Lopez discussed his decision to join the Clippers on a two-year contract worth nearly $18 million on Monday at NBA Summer League in Las Vegas, raving about how far the once-woebegone franchise has come. The Clippers have posted 14 consecutive winning seasons, the longest active streak in the NBA.

The Milwaukee Bucks lost veteran center Brook Lopez through free agency. The big man signed a two-year, $17.9 million contract to join the Los Angeles Clippers as a backup to Ivica Zubac. Lopez was part of the Bucks for seven years and was one of the most important players during their 2021 championship run.
