Cincinnati Bengals wide receiver Jermaine Burton faces accusations of assaulting a woman. However, according to reports from the Cincinnati police, the alleged victim has declined to file any charges against the NFL athlete.

Five days before Bengals wide receiver Jermaine Burton did not travel to Pittsburgh, he was accused of assaulting his girlfriend.

The woman, who claimed she was choked during the Dec. 30 incident, eventually declined to press charges, the Cincinnati Enquirer reported on Wednesday.
