The Golden State Warriors have had a quiet offseason — really quiet. In fact, the Warriors have yet to make a single transaction all offseason. The biggest headlines have come from the contract stalemate between the organization, and Jonathan Kuminga, with neither side indicating that they will budge anytime soon.

Despite not making moves yet, Golden State is rumored to have verbal agreements in place with veteran center Al Horford and wing De'Anthony Melton. If those two players do end up signing with the Warriors, the team will look to have a much better shot in the stacked Western Conference.
