Speaking before a game on Wednesday night, Kansas City Royals catcher Salvador Perez delivered a simple but fun message about Seattle Mariners star Cal Raleigh.

Seattle scored twice against the KC bullpen in the seventh inning. Mariners star outfielder Randy Arozarena continued to be a thorn in the Royals' side, hitting his fourth home run of the series as the hosts won 3-2. The Royals had their chances.

The Kansas City Royals take on the Seattle Mariners tonight in the third installment of this year’s Battle for Grass Creek. They split the first two games with the winning team plating six in each of them. A victory tonight would secure at least a split in this rare four-game series.
