McKEESPORT, Pa. (KDKA) -- The McKeesport Area School District has hired Donald McFann to serve as its new superintendent. McFann was approved unanimously by the school board during a meeting on Thursday and he was given a five-year contract with the district.

MCKEESPORT, Pa. — The McKeesport Area School District has a new superintendent and vice superintendent. The school district announced Thursday that Donald L. MacFann was approved for a five-year contract with the district as the new superintendent and Matthew L. Mols was approved for a five-year contract as assistant superintendent.

McFann was approved unanimously by the school board during a meeting on Thursday and he was given a five-year contract with the district.
