Delta plane bound for Atlanta has close call with flight landing on same runway in Mexico
ATLANTA ( WANF /Gray News) - A Delta flight bound for Atlanta had a close call with another plane in Mexico City early Monday morning. Delta flight 590 was trying to take off shortly before 7:30 a.m. after a service stop when the pilots “observed another aircraft landing in front of their aircraft on the same runway,” Delta officials said.
The move has drawn big concerns about what the use of artificial intelligence for airline tickets really means.
Delta Flight 937 returned to Atlanta due to an onboard incident involving a customer, which was deescalated by the crew.
