Tel Aviv: In the latest development in the Iran-Israel war, the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) on Tuesday claimed that it has neutralised the senior-most military official of Tehran, named Ali Shadmani. Shadmani was considered to be the closest military advisor to Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
The IDF said this area was where the body of assassinated Hamas military wing chief Mohammed Sinwar was found earlier in June, along with at least 10 other terrorists.
