At Upstream, we ensure the entire care team is skilled in contraceptive care tasks. Our program includes training for staff who focus on screening, patient education, and indirect care.

Across the 12 health centers analyzed, participation in Upstream’s program improved their capacity and knowledge base, leading to more patients accessing timely, patient-centered contraceptive care.
