Project Officer Jane Hodgkins shares one of our favourite Portsmouth Creates success stories, celebrating local artist Andy Tiller. Andy first exhibited with us at Southsea Library through our Meanwhile Spaces project, where his work drew huge interest and early sales. Since then he has sold pieces at our markets and now showcases his art at Playland, where visitors often stop to admire his work. We’re proud to support Andy and the many creatives who make Portsmouth such a vibrant place to live
