@barre3 ! I’ve never done barre or barre3 so didn’t know what to expect. Barre3 is a combination of strength, cardio, barre, yoga, and mindfulness. It’s really unique! The instructor was literally incredible. There were 2 modifications available for EVERY move we did! She spoke them out over the headset to us so easily!
