We’re moving into alligator mating season! This is a time when gators become more active, territorial, and focused on finding food and mates. While they’re often seen as slow and lazy, this time of year their behavior shifts. They may travel more, defend space more aggressively, and react faster than people expect. For everyone enjoying the water: please give alligators extra room. Observe from a distance, never approach or feed them, and remember- this is their natural season, not bad behavior.
